Head Coach
Travers Green was named the Wright State volleyball head coach on April 6, 2022 and has won three-straight Horizon League Coach of the Year honors (2022, 2023, 2024). Green is just the eighth head coach in program history and joined the Raiders following a four-year stint at Mississippi State, where he served as the program's associate head coach during his last three campaigns. He led Wright State to a third straight Horizon League regular season title in 2024, with Lauren Yacobucci named HL Setter of the Year, giving Wright State its third-straight HL Setter of the Year honor and fourth in five seasons, and Green earning Coach of the Year honors. Wright State recorded three First Team honors, with Sam Ott and Reilly Zegunis joining Yacobucci, while Jenny Wessling earned Second Team recognition and both Haley Robinson and Katie Sowko were named to the All-Freshman Team. Green guided the Raiders to a Horizon League regular season championship and Horizon League Tournament title in 2023. Callie Martin was named HL Player of the Year, just the second time in program history a Raider was named player of the year, while Katie Meyer earned Setter of the Year honors. Assistant Coach
Former Wright State standout Megan Alders transitioned into an assistant coaching role the Wright State volleyball coaching staff ahead of the 2024 season. Her appointment follows a distinguished playing career as a Raider, where she amassed 1,264 kills, averaging 2.60 kills per set across nearly 500 sets played from 2019-2023. A first-team All-Horizon League selection in her senior year (2023), Alders' collegiate accolades also included Horizon League All-Freshman Team honors (2019), honorable mention recognition and five selections to the Horizon League All-Academic Team for her scholastic achievements. During her tenure as a player, Wright State secured four Horizon League regular-season championships and three tournament titles, resulting in four NCAA Championship appearances, notably including the program's first-ever at-large bid in 2019.

Assistant Coach
Megan Wielonski joined the Wright State volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2025 season. Wielonski joined the Raiders after a standout career at Ball State, where she racked up a slew of honors on and off the court. The 2021 MAC Freshman of the Year and 2022 MAC Setter of the Year, Wielonski was a three-time First Team All-MAC selection. She earned a spot on the 2021 AVCA All-Midwest Region team and was a 2022 AVCA All-Midwest Region Honorable Mention, and was also named an alternate for the 2023 USA Volleyball Women's Collegiate National Team. Off the court, she was named to three-straight College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District Women's Volleyball Teams from 2022-2024. Wielonski played in 489 sets over 131 matches in her Ball State career, finishing with 4,972 career assists – a 10.17 assists/set average – and over 1,300 digs (2.68 digs/set). A native of Mason, OH, Wielonski prepped at Mount Notre Dame Academy.
