Assistant Director • Facilities and Event Management (Soccer • Lacrosse) Aarin Dreher joined the staff at Vanderbilt as assistant director of facilities and event management in April 2025. He came to Nashville after serving more than a year as athletic event management assistant at Minnesota. Dreher also has experience as a training camp equipment intern with the NFL’s Washington Commanders and as an assistant in athletic operations and events at Bucknell, and was a graduate assistant at East Stroudsburg during the 2022-23 academic year. A 2022 graduate of East Stroudsburg with a degree in sport management, Dreher added a master’s degree from the school in sport administration in 2023.

Assistant Strength Coach (Lacrosse, Swimming, Women's Golf, Tennis) Josh Willhite is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Vanderbilt Athletics. Prior to joining the Commodores, Willhite served as an Infantry Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Union University. He went on to earn his master’s degree in Exercise & Nutrition Science from Lipscomb University.

Killian Mollner came to Vanderbilt as assistant athletic trainer in December 2022, and in her role works directly with the Commodore lacrosse program. Before coming to Vandy, she worked for nearly two years as an assistant athletic trainer at Jacksonville, where her responsibilities included serving the Dolphin women’s lacrosse and women’s soccer teams. She has also completed a two-year internship at Navy, serving as the primary athletic trainer for the men’s and women’s ice hockey as well as women’s tennis for the Midshipmen. Mollner received her bachelor’s degree in human nutrition, food and exercise science from Virginia Tech in 2014, and she earned a master’s degree in athletic training from Chattanooga in 2017 after assisting with the Mocs’ men’s basketball program and completing a clinical rotation that included working with Covenant College, and Chattanooga Christian and Notre Dame High Schools. In addition to being board certified, she is licensed in Tennessee.

Assistant Director • Student-Athlete Enrollment/Student Services (Lacrosse) McCann joined Vanderbilt Athletics in 2023 as Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Enrollment following four years in the university’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions. She works in the Ingram Center for Student-Athlete Success assisting with the admissions, matriculation, and initial eligibility processes for new student athletes. McCann is originally from Paducah, Kentucky, and resides in Nashville with her partner, Chris, and sweet pup, Grey Sloan. On the weekends you can find her at Orangetheory Fitness or listening to Taylor Swift.
