Carly Fehler

Biography

Carly Fehler was named the Assistant Director of Olympic Sport Performance in June of 2024. She works with women's volleyball, women's beach volleyball, and women's track and field. Additionally, she oversees the sport performance internship program. Carly Fehler was previously the head strength and conditioning coach at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside for three years after serving as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for a year. Fehler spent the previous four years with the men's and women's cross country/track and field programs as a sport coach, working with the sprints, jumps, and 800 group. She was initially hired as the assistant in June of 2018 and was promoted to associate head coach in July of 2020. She worked directly with men's and women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, cross country/track and field, golf, and volleyball. Fehler, an Oak Creek, Wis., native, she previously worked as a graduate assistant coach at Southwest Minnesota State where she primarily worked with sprints, hurdles and jumps. She programmed all strength and conditioning for cross country/track and field during that time. Prior to SMSU, Fehler was an assistant coach at UW-Eau Claire for two years after graduating. She assisted the Blugold program with sprints/sports media and was part of their men's team National Championship in 2016.
