Head Coach
Brad Keller is in his sixth season (2025) as the head coach of the USC women’s volleyball team. He was hired as the seventh coach in program history on February 20, 2020. The Trojans are 85-57 (.599) in five seasons under Keller. In Keller’s first official season as a head coach, the Trojans played the 2020 season during the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19 precautions. USC went 7-8 amidst match cancellations and delays but won its final four matches of the spring. The Trojans went 15-15 in the fall of 2021 and were 10-10 in Pac-12 matches to finish seventh in the league standings. Keller’s 2022 Trojans broke through and earned an at-large postseason berth into the NCAA tournament. USC finished fourth in the Pac-12 standings with a 13-7 mark in league matches and was 22-11 overall. That year, the Women of Troy reached the second round of the tournament. Outside hitter Skylar Fields was named to the AVCA All-America first team to become the first USC All-American student-athlete under Keller’s tutelage. In 2023, USC was 12-8 to finish fifth in the final year of the Pac-12 as a 12-team conference. Overall, the Trojans went 19-13 and earned a second consecutive selection to the NCAA tournament. USC won its first-round match but fell to host Pittsburgh in the second round. Fields earned her second All-America award as a Trojan; the third of her career. Assistant Coach
Blossom Sato is in her first season (2025) as an assistant coach for the USC women’s volleyball program. Sato previously served as an assistant coach with UC San Diego’s men’s volleyball team. She was hired in September 2024 and served on staff through the fall and the beginning of the 2025 season. Middle blocker Jim Garrison and opposite hitter Anthony Cherfan each earned Big West Defensive Player of the Week honors. Prior to joining the staff at UC San Diego, Sato got her start in coaching as a volunteer assistant with Pepperdine’s women’s program in 2019. After leaving to coach at Portland State (2020-21), she returned to Pepperdine as a full-time assistant in January 2022. With Sato, the Waves won a West Coast Conference title in 2023. That year, she coached pin-hitter Grace Chillingworth to AVCA All-America honorable mention and helped put three Waves on the AVCA’s All-Pacific South Region team. Sato received her first full-time appointment at Portland State where she served as an assistant coach from January 2020 through December 2021. With Sato on staff, the Vikings earned their first national postseason berth since 2010 and produced their first 20-win season since 2017. Three different PSU players earned All-Big Sky first-team honors including former USC libero Ellie Snook, Makayla Lewis and Parker Webb. Assistant Sports Performance Coach
Isabella “Izzy” Quintero joined USC as an assistant sports performance coach in the fall of 2025. In her role, she works with the men’s and women’s volleyball programs, the cross country team, and serves as the internship coordinator. Quintero previously served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Fresno State where she initially began as a coaching assistant and internship coordinator for the Bulldogs in 2021. There, she was responsible for the design and implementation of sports performance programs for the women’s basketball and women's volleyball teams. Prior to Fresno State, Quintero spent a year and a half at Jacksonville State as a graduate assistant. There, she coached men’s and women's golf, women's track and field, women's volleyball, baseball, and assisted with football and men’s and women's basketball. Quintero began her career in sports performance as an intern with UCLA football performance in 2018. As an undergraduate student, Quintero interned at Fresno State in the strength and conditioning department in 2016 and 2017. She also worked as a personal trainer in the Fresno and Clovis area. Quintero received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Fresno State in 2018 and received a master’s degree in human performance from Jacksonville State. She is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS).

Technical Coordinator
Jimmy Kim is in his first season (2025-26) as the technical coordinator for USC’s men’s and women’s volleyball programs. Kim served as technical coordinator for the U.S. senior men’s national team in the summer of 2025 during its run in the Volleyball Nations League. Prior to his involvement with USAV, Kim served as technical coordinator at South Carolina and helped the Gamecocks to a 16-12 overall record and an appearance in the 2024 NCAA tournament. Prior to his time at South Carolina, Kim held the same position at UC Irvine. He joined the Anteaters’ women’s program in 2022 and later added the same duties with UCI’s men’s program in 2023. Kim received a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCI—where he served as co-president of the Sports Business Association—in the spring of 2023. Outside of volleyball, Kim served as a training camp intern for the Los Angeles Rams in the summer of 2023. A native of Southern California, Kim attended Gahr High School in Cerritos, Calif.

Director of Operations
Julian Welsh-White is in his fifth season (2025) as the director of operations for the USC women’s volleyball program. Welsh-White joined the Women of Troy following three seasons (2018-21) as an assistant coach at Howard University in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC). With Welsh-White on staff, the Bison won 43 matches, claimed back-to-back MEAC tournament crowns, and earned consecutive berths into the NCAA tournament (2018-19). During the shortened 2020-21 spring season, he helped coach Bison Jessica Bolden and Amari Patterson to All-MEAC Rookie honors. In his first season at Howard, Welsh-White was instrumental in recruiting and developing the core of HU’s championship roster. The Bison went 20-10 that year and won a fourth consecutive MEAC title. In 2019, he was part of a Howard staff that guided the Bison to a 20-13 mark (14-1 MEAC) when HU won its fifth straight MEAC championship. Welsh-White and the Bison played a non-conference match at Galen Center that fall during the Trojan Invitational. Prior to his time in Washington, D.C., Welsh-White served as the volunteer assistant coach at South Carolina for the 2017 season. There, he had scout duties and assisted in the training of the Gamecocks’ middle blockers. Before South Carolina, Welsh-White was a volunteer assistant coach for the men’s volleyball team at his alma mater Springfield College and helped the Pride win the 2017 NCAA Division III national championship. Associate Head Coach
Megan Moenoa is in her third year (2025) with the Women of Troy, her first as an associate head coach. She was initially brought on as the volunteer assistant in March of 2023 but was elevated to a full-time assistant role in July. In her first season with the Women of Troy (2023), Moenoa helped USC go 19-13 with a 12-8 mark in Pac-12 matches for a fifth-place finish. Outside hitter Skylar Fields was chosen for AVCA All-America first-team laurels. In 2024, the Trojans advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament for the third straight year and finished 22-10 overall with a 13-7 mark in the Big Ten (tied for sixth). Setter Mia Tuaniga was named to the AVCA All-America third team. Previously, Moenoa served as an assistant coach at UC Irvine for five years, including four as a full-time assistant (2016-19). The Anteaters went 71-77 and made two appearances in the NIVC postseason tournament while Moenoa was on staff. Moenoa also has experience as a coach with Mizuno Long Beach Volleyball Club and as the director of the Long Beach Volleyball Club Girl's program. She is a 2015 graduate of UCLA where she earned a bachelor's degree in sociology. As a setter, she was part of the Bruins’ 2011 NCAA national championship team and averaged 8.42 assists per set over her four-year career. Academic Counselor
Ricky Coles came to USC in August 2017. He began his work with SAAS as a graduate assistant for academic advising with track & field and football, then was hired full-time in January 2019 as the Academic Counselor for women's volleyball, men's volleyball, and women's crew. Ricky graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Movement Science with a minor in Chemistry from Utah State University. In addition, he graduated in 2019 with a Masters in Post-Secondary Administration and Student Affairs at USC. Prior to USC, Ricky worked with Utah State's Kinesiology and Health Sciences Department as a student advisor. He was involved with several campus programs, including New Student Orientation, Admissions, Athletics, and was an instructor for a few physical activity courses. He was awarded Employee of the Year for the Kinesiology Department and in his final year was awarded Outstanding Student Teacher. Ricky was born and raised in Utah where he spent most of his time outdoors. In his spare time, Ricky likes to teach dance, where he was formerly on Utah State's Dance Company.
