She serves as the team's pitching coach. “Alyssa has Division I pitching experience as both a player and coach,” said Charlotte head coach Courtney Breault. “She was an elite pitcher at Jacksonville University and has been able to translate her success on the mound into confidence as a coach. She worked together with one of the best pitching coaches in the country in her previous role, which has allowed her to become exceptionally skilled at teaching mechanics and calling games. She has a natural ability to discover, develop, and manage pitchers at a high level. Alyssa also brings experience in opponent scouting, player data/analytics, and technology.” AT CHARLOTTE Bilodeau served as the pitching coach for the Niners across the 2025 season and managed a staff of five pitchers. Across the 2025 season, the Niners pitched 12 complete games and five shutouts. The pitching staff was led by Brooke Bowling and Aubrey Yarnall, who collectively had 76 appearances and both posted over 10 wins each.
