Bradley was hired as a volunteer assistant coach before the 2019-20 season and was promoted to a full-time assistant coach on July 3, 2023. During his time with the program, Bradley has been an integral part of the development of the student-athletes and in the corner for Keegan O'Toole's consecutive National Championships in 2022 and 2023. The team has had 12 All-American performances and eight conference champions during his time. Most recently, Bradley was a key fixture, working extensively with heavyweight Zach Elam. Under his tutelage, the heavyweight finished sixth at the 2023 NCAA Championship and fourth in 2024.
