Head Coach
Head coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin has elevated Ole Miss women’s basketball back into the national spotlight throughout her eight seasons in Oxford. McPhee-McCuin keeps building upon her success each season at the helm of the Rebels, leading Team 51 to its fifth straight NCAA Tournament appearance in 2025-26, its second-longest streak in program history, and the 22nd time overall.<br /> <br /> McPhee-McCuin is solidifying herself as one of the most highly touted coaches in history, earning 20 overall wins for the fifth consecutive season. She is the only coach in program history to achieve this feat. She led Ole Miss to its first-ever season with wins over three AP top-five opponents, making the Rebels the only SEC team in 2025-26 to accomplish the feat without any of those victories coming at home.<br /> <br /> Ole Miss delivered another strong postseason, advancing to the SEC Tournament semifinals for the fourth time in five years and earning a first-round win over 12<sup>th</sup>-seeded Gonzaga, thanks in part to McPhee-McCuin assembling ESPN’s No. 2 ranked transfer portal class ahead of the season.<br /> <br /> Under the guidance of McPhee-McCuin, Cotie McMahon delivered a historic season, earning SEC Newcomer of the Year honors, All-SEC First Team recognition, four All-America selections, and spots on five national award watch lists. Special Assistant to the Head Coach
Danetra Williams is entering her second season as the special assistant to the head coach for Ole Miss women's basketball for the 2026-27 season. As a standout Rebel from 2005-08, Williams shot 46 percent from the field and averaged 5.5 points and 3.7 rebounds per game in 93 appearances. Additionally, she helped lead Ole Miss to the Elite Eight during the 2006-07 season. Following her time in Oxford, Williams served as an assistant coach at then-Jones County Junior College where she helped the Lady Bobcats to a 19-8 record and a MACJC Championship. In 2014, Williams was named the head women's basketball coach at Coahoma Community College, spending three years at the helm.

Coordinator of Operations
Following stints playing professionally in Hungary and Mexico, Mississippi native Myah Taylor is entering her third season as the coordinator of operations for Ole Miss women’s basketball for the 2026-27 season. “I am excited to have Myah back in Oxford with her Ole Miss Family! Myah is a leader, winner, a hard worker and has always had aspirations to explore the operations side of athletics,” said head coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin. “When the opportunity presented itself there was no doubt in my mind that Myah was the best option! She understands the Ole Miss way, she will mentor our student-athletes and she will continue to impact the Oxford community in a positive way.” Taylor recently spent a season overseas with Vasas Akademia, playing in 24 games in Hungary’s top professional women’s league. In 24 games, Taylor averaged 8.4 points, 3.3 assists and 2.2 steals per game. Prior to Hungary, Taylor spent eight games with Freseras Irapuato in Mexico. Coming to Ole Miss as a graduate transfer for the 2022-23 season, Taylor was an instrumental part in leading the Rebels to its first Sweet 16 appearance since 2007. The Olive Branch, native paced the Rebels in assists with a total of 113 for an average of 3.6 per game. Taylor provided a key defensive presence for Ole Miss, with an average of 1.7 steals per game and came up clutch when needed. With 15 seconds remaining in the Second Round of the 2023 NCAA Tournament against No. 1 Stanford, it was Taylor’s steal that secured Ole Miss’

Assistant Director for Academic Support - Women's Basketball
Dr. Sarah Marie Sharp is the Assistant Director for Academic Support working with women's basketball and men and women's tennis. Prior to joining the Ole Miss team, Sharp served as the Scholastic Supervisor working with women's basketball and equestrian at Texas A&M. Prior to her experience in Aggieland, she worked at Southern Miss working with multiple teams including football, women's basketball and baseball. Sharp earned her bachelor and master's degree in higher education from the University of Houston-Victoria and her doctorate of education degree from Southern Mississippi. Sharp was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Student award, 2018, from the University of Houston-Victoria, as well as has been an active member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A), Women Leaders in College Sports and a Presidential Member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
