Sategna’s coaching resume since his arrival stands at three national champions, eight conference champions and 19 All-America honors. His success was recognized by the USTFCCCA, as he named the 2025 Outdoor Women's Assistant Coach of the Year. In the Aggies 2025 campaign, Sategna’s position group shone on the brightest stages. Highlighting the season was Winny Bii, as she was the first Aggie to win the NCAA outdoor triple jump title, while also finishing runner up in the event at the indoor nationals. The standout triple jumper didn’t stop there, as she captured the SEC indoor crown and finished second in the event outdoors. Texas A&M’s talented multis group had a productive year, which included a pair of conference titles from Sofia Yakushina in the outdoor heptathlon and from Blake Harris in the indoor heptathlon. Yakushina also made her mark nationally, as she finished runner up at the NCAA indoor championships and third at the outdoor championships. The freshman also wrote her name in the NCAA record books, as she recorded 6,260 points in her heptathlon debut at the 44 Farms Team Invitational which was the highest total by a freshman in NCAA history.
