Head Coach
Fred Wallace joined the volleyball and softball programs in the fall 2012 and over the course of nine seasons as head coach of the women's volleyball program, has guided the Mustangs to three straight North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Championship Tournament Titles and NCAA Division III Post-season berths. He has produced several All-Conference selections, including Defensive Player of the Year Sam Wolf (Liverpool, N.Y.) and Offensive Player of the Year Megyan Merrill (Millport, N.Y.), while earning recognition by his peers as the Conference Coach of the Year twice in the past two seasons. Morrisville has also gained national attention under his direction, earning AVCA All-Region and All-American recognition, while excelling off the field as well as several players have boasted academic accolades in NEAC Scholar-Athlete and Co-SIDA All-District Academic recognition. In the spring 2020 semester, Wallace's squad broke yet another record to add to their storied success, posting a collective 3.79 team grade point average. Wallace came to Morrisville after nine successful volleyball seasons at Washington and Jefferson College in Pennsylvania, where he also served as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee advisor. Throughout his 22-year career on the sidelines of Division III volleyball programs, Wallace has collected a 341-291 overall record. Assistant Coach
Former SUNY Morrisville volleyball standout Kim Dunkleman has returned to the Mustang courts for the upcoming fall 2021 season, as assistant coach of the women's program. Dunkleman returns to the green and white Mustangs after serving as assistant coach at Centre College in Kentucky, where she assisted with creating and executing drills, implementing recruiting strategies, and managing the program's social media accounts. Prior to her role at Centre, Dunkleman served as a volunteer assistant with the Mustangs program, working with head coach Fred Wallace in recruiting and preparation for practice and competition. During the 2019 season, the Mustangs claimed their third straight regular season conference title and made a third consecutive trip to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. Dunkleman had a storied four-year career as a student-athlete at Morrisville, where she guided the team to an 81-44 overall record as a setter. The Williamsville, New York native guided the program to its first North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) title and added a second her senior season, making two appearances in the opening round of the NCAA Championship tournament. During her time on the court, the Mustangs went 36-9 on their conference slate.
