Randolph College Men's Track & Field

Davis is entering his fourth year as the Men's Head Coach after being promoted from Associate Head in July 2022. Prior to being named Head Coach, Davis was instrumental in building the Randolph programs during his season as Associate Head Coach in 2021-22. Davis joined the Track and Field Staff in January 2021. Prior to coming to Randolph, he was a graduate assistant coach at Liberty from 2017-2019 coaching sprints and hurdles. He had also been a coach with Highlands Christian Academy and Broward Elite. In college, Davis was a Big South Conference champion for outdoor track in 2014, 2015, and 2017 in the 400 meter hurdles as well as the meet record holder in 2015. Davis also won the Big South Conference title in the 60 meter hurdles for indoor track in 2016. He appeared three times at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships East Preliminary First Round for the 400 meter hurdles from 2015-2017. A team captain and the recipient of the Coaches Award in his senior year, Davis was recognized as part of the Big South Conference All-Decade team. Davis has a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Human Development from Liberty. He is a Level 2 USATF certified coach specializing in Sprints/Hurdles/Relays and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certified coach.

Brad Smalley has been around the Track and Field world his whole life. He finished second in both the long jump and triple jump at the 2015 NYSPHSAA Division II
