Emmett Adams joined the Tigers' staff as an assistant coach in July 2025. Adams joins the Tigers’ staff from Tufts. He was a member of the NCAA DIII National Championship 200 medley relay as a senior in 2025, an 11-time All-American, a two-time College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-American, a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) record holder and a five-time Tufts record holder. Adams worked as a swim coach at the Commonwealth Current in Boston, Massachusetts, the past two summers and at Westport Stars in the summers of 2023 and 2022 along with the Black Rock Yacht Club in the summer of 2022. He coached groups of up to 20 swimmers and gave private lessons to children aging from 5-16 years old ranging in ability from age group to national/Olympic trial level swimmers. In addition, Adams recently worked as a Swim Counselor at the Texas swim camp and the Navy swim camp, along with the Fairfield swim Camp in 2023. Away from the pool, Adams was Vice President of the Hidden Opponent at Tufts, which promoted mental health awareness for student-athletes, and a representative for Athlete Ally along with a Principal Double Bassist with the Tufts Chamber Orchestra.

Joining the Tigers in June 2022, Everett most recently spent three seasons at the University of Wyoming, where he won the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Diving Coach of the Year award in 2022 and the Mountain West Conference (MWC) Diving Coach of the Year Award in 2021. 2023-24 was a strong year for Everett and the Tigers' divers. Along with helping the women's team repeat as Ivy League Champions and Dual Meet Champions, he also helped the men win the Dual Meet Championship. Aidan Wang was named Ivy League Championships High Point Diver of the Meet after sweeping the diving events and was joined at the NCAA Championships by George Callanan, Taso Callanan and Luca Fassi. On the women's side, four Tigers advanced to the NCAA Zone Diving Championships (Maddie Seltzer, Francesca Noviello, Hanna Johnsson Stjernstrom and Charlotte Martinkus). Everett made a quick impact at Princeton, helping the women's team win the 2023 Ivy League Championship and the men's program finish second. Under Everett's guidance, Charlotte Martinkus was named Ivy League Championships High Point Diver of the Meet after sweeping the diving events, before advancing to the NCAA Championships. In total, Everett helped send four women and three men to the NCAA Zone Championships in 2023, while three men also joined Martinkus at the NCAA Championships. Along with winning WAC Coach of the Year, Everett is coming off a 2021-22 season at Wyoming where he helped Melissa Mirafuentes capture All-America honors on 3
