Head Coach
Lindsey Behonick, the 12th head coach in program history, joined Oregon State in December 2022. Through her second season in Corvallis, Behonick has led the Beavers to some strong moments. In 2024, a pair of student-athletes (Annika Hester and Lauren Rumel) became the first Beavs to be named to the First Team all-league under her direction. Additionally, the duo of Hester and Rumel were the first to be named all-league since the 1990 season. Two freshmen - Emma Lilo and Yasemin Narlioglu - completed their first seasons inside the top 10 for freshmen in assists and digs, respectively. Following the season, Elly Schraeder made history as the first Beaver to be coached by Behonick to sign a professional contract when she inked a deal with AO Thiras, a Greek squad. Associate Head Coach | Recruiting Coordinator
Abbie Wright joined the Oregon State staff in January 2023 behind head coaching stints at the Division I and II levels and just completed her second season in Corvallis. Additionally, she leads the program recruiting efforts as the recruiting coordinator. In June 2024, she was elevated to the position of Associate Head Coach by Head Coach Lindsey Behonick. Wright has helped guide the Oregon State program to memorable moments in her two years on the staff. In the 2024 season, she assisted in guiding a pair - Annika Hester and Lauren Rumel - to first team All-WCC honors as well as the first Beaver - Elly Schraeder - to sign with a professional team in the Behonick era. Two freshmen - Emma Lilo and Yasemin Narlioglu - completed their first seasons inside the top 10 for freshmen in assists and digs, respectively. During the 2023 season, Oregon State rattled off six wins in a seven-match stretch which featured two over ranked opponents and dominant ones on the road. The Beavers used a pair of five-set stunners over No. 19 Arizona State for their first league win of the year before knocking off sixth-ranked Washington State on the Palouse to cap an undefeated weekend in Washington. Becca Holtgeerts joined the Oregon State volleyball program in July 2023, completing the first staff of the Lindsey Behonick era. 2024 marked Holtgeerts' second year in Corvallis and saw numerous firsts following the second year under the direction of the staff. For the first time since the 1990 season, the duo of Annika Hester and Lauren Rumel became the first Beavers to be named first team all-conference. Assistant Coach
Mitchel Worthington comes to Corvallis after a pair of seasons at NC State following a decorated career at BYU. He completed his playing career after placing sixth all-time in career digs in the Cougars' history. A libero, he saw action in 379 sets across 119 matches and helped lead the Cougars to a 17-1 mark during the 2020 season. A true student-athlete, the Mesa, Arizona, native capped his career with a spot on the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation's All-Academic Scholar Athlete Team. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management. "We are so excited to welcome Mitch to the Oregon State Volleyball Family," said head coach Lindsey Behonick. He helped bring NC State to a NCAA tournament run last year and he brings great defensive knowledge with him to Corvallis. He's a great person, great coach and we are thrilled he's joining our team!"

Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach (Volleyball, Softball, Women's Golf, Men's Rowing)
Rosel Hermita joined the Oregon State Beavers as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in June 2022. Hermita is responsible for the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for Volleyball, Softball, Women’s Golf, and Men’s Rowing. She previously completed a sports performance internship at Oregon State from January – June 2022. Prior to Oregon State, Hermita served as a part-time Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Seattle University where she oversaw training for Women’s Rowing from 2020-2021. She also interned for the Seattle Storm of the WNBA in 2021 and at Seattle University from 2019-2020. Hermita is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is also a USA Weightlifting Certified Level 1 Coach (USAW-L1). The Montclair, CA native received her Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Concordia University Chicago in May 2022 and her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Seattle University in March 2019. Outside of coaching, Hermita is an avid coffee drinker and loves to explore the PNW.
