Lucy Cross joined the Panthers ahead of the 2025 season as graduate assistant, while pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. Prior to joining the Panthers' staff, Cross coached youth soccer in Michigan with Liverpool FC International Academy, where she developed young athletes and contributed to the club's technical programs. A former fullback, Cross played collegiately at the University Campus of Football Business (UCFB), helping her team secure a conference title in 2023. She graduated the same year with a degree in Football (Soccer) Coaching and Talent Development. Originally from Liverpool, England, Cross brings a diverse coaching background and holds several certifications, including the UEFA C License, FA National Futsal License, FA Talent Identification certification, and the FA National Goalkeeping License. In her youth career, she played for Preston North End FC, representing the club internationally in tournaments held in Denmark and the United States.

Coach Nick Hills joined the Ohio Dominican Panthers for the 2024 season as an assistant coach, working with the goalkeepers. Currently, he coaches young goalkeepers through his own company, Hillsy Keeper Academy, and serves as the National Goalkeeping Director for Club Ohio with U13-19 teams for both boys and girls, along with working with Inter Columbus FC of the UPSL. Hills previously spent the 2021 and 2022 seasons as an assistant coach with Ashland University's men's and women's soccer programs. Prior to Ashland, he was an assistant with Muskingum University's men's program for nearly four years (2017-2021). His coaching career began at Bishop Rosencrans High School, where he spent four years (2016-2020) as a girls' assistant. Coach Hills is certified with a U.S. Soccer C License and the United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma. He earned two Bachelor's degrees from Ohio Northern in 2013 in Political Science and History, and completed a Master's degree in Comparative Politics from George Mason in 2015.
