At Murray State Joins the Racers for the 2025 season as Secondary Coach/ Recruiting Coordinator. Before MSU Coached with the Tennessee Vols as director of player personnel, promoted in 2020. Previously served as assistant director of player personnel the previous two seasons on Jeremy Pruitt’s staff. Joined the UT program in 2018. Coached with Coached with Pruitt at Alabama prior to coming to Knoxville. Stiff was a recruiting and personnel assistant during the 2017 season for the Crimson Tide, a year in which Alabama claimed the College Football Playoff National Championship. Worked as a defensive assistant at Jacksonville State from 2014-16, working closely with outside linebackers. Also coached in the state of Alabama at Spain Park High School (Hoover), Hueytown High School and Gadsden City High School. Personal Earned his under-graduate degree from Jacksonville State in 2014 before getting his Master's from Auburn.

At Murray State 2025 marks his second season at Murray State Prior to Murray State Coached from 2000-21 at Jacksonville State during the most successful span in program history. Served as Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach from 2015-21. Helped guide JSU to a FCS National Championship Game appearance in 2015. Throughout his time as offensive coordinator, JSU won a remarkable five OVC Championships. Ogle's teams ranked inside the top-15 on six different occasions and inside the top-ten five times. From 2014-20, Ogle's offense led the OVC in total offense six times while leading the league in rushing four times. Coached 26 All-Americans and 40 All-Conference players in his career. Has coached ten 1000+ yard rushers. Playing Career As a player, Ogle played long snapper at Tennessee and helped the Vols to wins of the Fiesta, Citrus, and Hall of Fame bowls. After his playing career, he served as a student assistant for quarterbacks and tight ends at UT from 1994-97 working with all-time great Peyton Manning. As a student assistant, Ogle was part of a Gator Bowl victory, back-to-back Citrus Bowl Wins, and an SEC Championship in 1997. Personal Ogle and his wife, Kaci, have one daughter, Abbie, and one son, Jim.

Helped transform the 116th ranked PFF Special Teams Unit to the 9th ranked in 2024. Improved from one special teams touchdown in 2023 to four in 2024. UNC's punt return unit ranked 14th nationally and their kickoff return unit was seventh. Spent time at Ball State working with linebackers. in 2023, was a graduate assistant at Chattanooga coaching linebackers and worked with Mocs special teams. In 2022, was a student assistant at UNC. Personal Earned his undergrad degree from North Carolina in 2023.

At Murray State In 2025 is in his fourth season with Murray State. Began his role of director for the the Strength and Conditioning Unit for the Murray State University Athletics Department in spring of 2022. Works primarily with the football program while overseeing the unit operations and development for all 15 sport programs at Murray State. He also works with the women's golf, softball, and soccer programs. Before MSU Spent nine years as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Wofford College overseeing the physical preparation for all 19 sports, while working mainly with the football team in addition to the golf programs. Joined the Wofford staff in June of 2013 after completing six seasons as an Assistant Strength Coach at the University of Memphis, which was his second tenure with the program. At Memphis, was responsible for men’s and women’s soccer teams training programs and short sprints, hurdles, and jumps for track and field teams as well as assisting with football and baseball. Prior to returning to the University of Memphis in 2007, Medler was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Union Public Schools in Tulsa Oklahoma. As the first ever strength coach for Union, he was in charge of building a training program for all freshman, junior varsity and varsity athletic teams. His initial experience at the University of Memphis began in the summer of 2004 as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach working with football, baseball, softball

Spent 1983-92 as a Graduate Assistant at Auburn, Minnesota, Clemson, and Arkansas. Was part of coach Gene Stallings' staff at Alabama from 1992-96 as a Quality Control Coach. Coached the Secondary and was head of operations for coach Terry Bowden at Auburn from 1996-98. Coached DBs at Jacksonville State from 2000-13. Assistant Coach/Special Needs Teacher and Chetham County HS (TN) 2013-14. Served as an Assistant Head Coach and RB/WR Coach at Holmes CC (MS) 2014-18. Moved to Southwest Mississippi Community College from 2018-21 where he served as Assistant HC and was QB/RB Coach. Worked as an Assistant Coach, Substitute Teacher, and Head of Maintenance at Morgan Academy in Selma Alabama from 2021-24. Personal Graduated from Cooper High School in New Hope, Minnesota in 1977. At Murray State Joined the Racers for the 2025 season as a graduate assistant. Before MSU Was the Run Game Coordinator at Pace Academy in Atlanta in 2024. Boasted an offensive line that cleared the way for three games of team rushing of 250 yards or more. Part of the staff Pace Academy that won a Georgia State Football Championship in 2016. From 2021-23, was assistant coach and offensive coordinator at South Gwinnett High School in Atlanta. Playing Career Played offensive line at Richmond from 2017-22. Phil Steel Preseason FCS All-American Team Offensive Lineman in 2019. Colonial Athletic Association All-2nd Team Offensive Lineman three times from (2019-21). Freshman All-American First Team Football Offensive Line in 2017. Appeared in 37 career games with the Spiders and all of them were starts. As a senior, was part of a lineman group that saw Richmond average 150 yards rushing per game, for 4.0 yards per game with 14 rushing touchdowns. Played in the USFL in 2022-23 with the Birmingham franchise. Appeared in three games with 10 knock downs and only one sack given up. Personal Graduated from the University of Richmond and also earned a Master's degree in 2022.
