Technical Coordinator
Head coach Juile Darty Dennis announced the addition of Ignacio Valdemoros to the Mississippi State staff on February 17, 2025. Valdermoros makes the move to Starkville after spending the past three seasons at Eastern Illinois, most recently as an assistant coach and performance analyst. He was named to the 2024 class of AVCA Thirty Under 30, which include coaches of both men's and women's volleyball who are rising leaders in the sport. During his time at Eastern Illinois, Valdemoros coached seven All-Conference selections, including two-time OVC Player of the Year Giovana Larregui López and 2023 Setter of the Year Catalina Rochaix. In his first season in Charleston, he helped the Panthers gain their first .500 or better season in five years, going 16-16. The very next season, he helped guide Eastern Illinois to the 2023 NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2001 after finishing as the Ohio Valley Conference Champions with a 28-5 record. Valdemoros also served as an assistant coach for EIU beach volleyball and help guide the program to its first ever wins during the 2023 season. Prior to his time in Charleston, Valdemoros served as an assistant coach and performance analyst for professional teams Gimnasia & Esgrima La Plata and Banco Provincia La Plata in his home country of Argentina.

Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator
Head coach Julie Darty Dennis announced the addition of former Mississippi State player Lacey Jeffcoat as an assistant coach to the MSU staff on January 15, 2025. Jeffcoat makes the move back to Starkville after spending the past two seasons as an assistant coach at UT Arlington. Over her two seasons there, the Mavericks compiled a record of 40-14, including a 29-3 record for the 2024 campaign. During the 2024 season, UT Arlington went undefeated in conference play and took home the Western Athletic Conference Championship, the program's first conference championship since 2002. In addition to making an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2024, the Mavericks also had an NIVC Tournament appearance in 2023. Under Jeffcoat's tutelage, the Mavericks led the WAC in assists per set (12.73), hitting percentage (.273), kills per set (13.72) and opposing hitting percentage (.165) during the 2024 season. She also saw Brianna Ford and Paige Reagor earn AVCA All-Region selections, which made them just two of 10 players in program history to receive AVCA First-Team Selections. Jeffcoat's players earned five All-WAC honors, including Ford, (WAC Player of the Year), Mollie Blank (WAC Setter of the Year) and Sjakkie Donkers (WAC Co-Freshman of the Year). Overall, the team had three All-WAC First-Team selections, one All-WAC Second-Team selection and one WAC All-Freshman Team selection. Assistant Coach
Head coach Julie Darty Dennis announced the addition of Michael Bouril as an assistant coach to the MSU Staff on February 12, 2025. Bouril heads to Starkville after spending the past five seasons on staff at Purdue, including the past two as an assistant coach. The Boilermakers made the NCAA Tournament in each of those five years, extending its current NCAA Tournament appearance streak to nine, the program's longest streak. Purdue ended two of those seasons in the NCAA Regional Finals and earned a record of 113-41 during that time. During his time at Purdue, Bouril's players have earned eight different AVCA and Volleyball Magazine honors. He has also accumulated 17 AVCA All-Region Honors, including 12 first team honors. Most recently, Raven Colvin and Eva Hudson earned AVCA All-American Honors, with Hudson being named the AVCA Midwest Region Player of the Year. Statistically, Purdue hit .280 as a team last season, the third-best mark in program history. It ranked 15th in the nation and fourth in the Big Ten. The Boilermakers also ranked eighth in the nation in assists per set (13.29) and kills per set (14.26), while ranking ninth in blocks per set (2.80).
