Pritchard Ndaira

Biography

Ndaira joined the Blue Raiders' staff after serving as Associate Head Coach at Lipscomb during the 2024 and 2025 seasons. In the 2025 season, Ndaira really played a crucial role in helping Lipscomb achieve a record of 15 wins, 6 losses, and 2 draws. With the goalkeeping unit, Ndaira notched up 12 shutouts. Some notable victories included a 2-0 win against Queens in the first round, a 1-0 overtime win against Jacksonville University, and a 3-0 win in the ASUN Championship, which meant the Bisons clinched the ASUN Championship for the second year in a row. In the first round of the NCAA tournament, they managed to beat sixth-seed Mississippi State 1-0 in Starkville. Unfortunately, Lipscomb's run came to an end in the second round when they were knocked out by Florida State, the national champion and third overall seed. In his first season with the Bisons back in 2024, Ndaira helped the team to a record of 14 wins, 4 losses, and 4 draws, winning the ASUN Championship for the fourth time in the school's history, which got them into the NCAA tournament. They faced eighth-seed Vanderbilt but ended up losing. During that season, Ndaira led the goalkeeping team to 11 shutouts, including two in the ASUN tournament, with standout wins such as a 7-0 victory against Central Arkansas in the semifinals and a 1-0 win over Eastern Kentucky in the final.
