Allison Chernow

Biography

Allison Chernow enters her third season with the Mountain Hawks in 2026-27. She serves as Lehigh’s recruiting coordinator. Chernow made a significant impact in 2025-26 as the Mountain Hawks went 17-15 overall record and an 11-7 mark in Patriot League play in 2025-26, earning a berth in the WNIT for the second time in program history. Chernow mentored three All-Patriot League selections during the season, helping guide the Mountain Hawks to individual success across multiple classes. Senior Lily Fandre earned All-Patriot League First Team honors, junior Whitney Lind was named to the All-Patriot League Third Team, and first-year Leia Edwards was selected to the All-Rookie Team. Chernow made an immediate and impactful contribution during the 2024–25 season. Joining Head Coach Addie Micir's staff as an assistant coach in June 2024, Chernow played a pivotal role in guiding the Mountain Hawks to a 27-win season, the Patriot League regular-season title, and their fifth conference tournament championship in program history Chernow mentored three all-league players during the season: Maddie Albrecht (First Team), Ella Stemmer (Second Team), and Belle Bramer (All-Rookie). Albrecht made program history as the first player to earn both All-League and All-Defensive Team honors in the same season.
