Head Men's Basketball Coach
Phil Pierfy was named Head Coach of the King's College Men's Basketball Program in Spring 2026. He comes to King's College after seven seasons as Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball at Arcadia University (2019-26), where he led the Knights to a 97-72 overall record and coached 13 All-Conference players, including 2021 MAC-Commonwealth MVP Jalen Watkins. He also recruited 2025 MAC-Freedom Rookie of the Year Jamison Lynam and was responsible for 11 additional All-Conference selections. Pierfy also served as head coach of the 17U East Coast Power AAU program. As a player, Pierfy graduated from Arcadia University in 2019 with a degree in Mathematics and earned his Master's in Sports Analysis from California University of Pennsylvania. He was a two-time All-MAC Commonwealth selection who led the Knights to the program's first-ever conference championship and NCAA Division III Tournament as team captain in his senior season. He finished his collegiate career fifth on the program's all-time scoring list with 1,191 points, averaging 13.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game, and was named an NABC First-team All-District selection, the first in the program's history.
