Badecki enters his fifth season as head coach of the Gettysburg men's golf program in 2025-26. In his first year, the Bullets won five tournaments and finished second at the Centennial Conference championship. Year two saw five rounds of 290 or better and another runner-up CC finish. Year three brought 17 individual rounds of par or better with Daniel Suter winning the individual Centennial Conference championship. In 2024-25, Badecki guided the Bullets to one of the best men's golf seasons in program history, winning the Centennial Conference team championship with Patrick Kilcoyne claiming the individual title. The team placed 11th at the NCAA championship with a program-best stroke average of 293.7. Badecki claimed both conference and regional Coach of the Year honors. Prior to Gettysburg, he served as head coach at Penn State Harrisburg, Denison University, and Eastern University. As a player, Badecki began his career at Salem County Community College before transferring to Rutgers-Camden, where he was twice named a NEAC Scholar-Athlete with a degree in marketing. He earned his MBA in business administration from Eastern.
