Mark Ardizzone

Biography

Mark Ardizzone is in his seventh season as the Associate Head Coach at Florida State University. He joined the Seminoles’ staff in 2019 and has truly infused an incredible amount of wisdom and experience from inside the world of tennis into the entire Florida State program. Ardizzone has helped the Seminoles enjoy incredible success. In 2025, the Seminoles earned two All-ACC honors and had three athletes earn ITA Southeast Regional awards. FSU also had three CSC Academic All-District recipients. Florida State knocked off three nationally ranked opponents, including a senior day victory against No. 36-ranked Wake Forest. In 2024, Florida State earned 17 wins and finished No. 22 in the final ITA rankings. The Seminoles earned nine ranked victories, which included four top-25 opponents. Florida State advanced to the semifinals of the ACC Tournament and the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Seminoles also won eight straight matches, which is Florida State's longest since 2011 and tied for the third-longest in program history. In the 2023 season, the Seminoles entered the year with five new student-athletes on the roster. Florida State finished the season ranked No. 24 and collected 17 wins. The Seminoles earned seven ranked victories, which included three top-25 opponents. Florida State advanced to the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament and the second round of the NCAA Tournament. During the 2022 season, Ardizzone worked side by side with Head Coach Jen Hyde to guide the
