Veronica Nolt

Biography

Veronica Nolt enters her 11th season leading one of NCAA Division III's storied programs in 2025-26. Nolt, who has been with the Blue Jays since 2012-13, spent two seasons as an assistant coach, followed by one as co-head coach and another as interim before officially being named as the permanent head coach in April 2016 following the 2015-16 season. She also serves as an Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Woman's Administrator for the department. Elizabethtown has worked its way back into the national spotlight thanks to the work of Nolt and her staff. The Blue Jays made back-to-back NCAA Div. III Tournament appearances in 2021-22 and 2022-23, including their first NCAA victory since 2001 by beating No. 21 Stevens on March 3, 2023, in the First Round in Newport News, Va. Nolt's team made the NCAA Tournament in 2024-25 as well, three times in four years, with an appearance in the NCAA Div. III Second Round. She was tabbed a WBCA Div. III Coach of the Year Finalist for '24-25 and was named the D3hoops.com Region 5 Coach of the Year in '21-22. Currently the third-winningest coach in program history, Nolt has had winning seasons in eight of her nine years and has always finished above .500 in conference play. She has been associated with the game in many facets since completing her collegiate playing career at Millersville University.
