Head Coach
Kim Wayne became head coach of the Davidson women's lacrosse program in July of 2008. She is in her 18th season at the helm of the program. The 2025 campaign was another big step for the program. The 'Cats went 12-5 (8-2 in A-10) and finished in third place during the regular season. This marked the fifth consecutive season with 10 or more victories. Kayla Joyce was named A-10 Goalkeeper of the Year and seven Wildcats landed on an all-conference team. Despite falling in the A-10 Quarterfinals, the senior class set a new program mark for career wins with 48 victories over their four-year tenures. The 2024 season proved to be a monumental one for the Wildcats, as Wayne led Davidson to double-digit wins for the fourth-straight season, the longest stretch in program history. The 'Cats also finished with a program-best 7-2 mark in Atlantic 10 play, while defeating Saint Joseph's for just the second time in school history and first since 2015.
