Ryan Bauder

Biography

Ryan Bauder begins his second season as the Assistant Coach/Director of Operations and Development after being named such in September 2023. Previously, Ryan served as the Director of Program Development for the Davidson women's basketball program for the 2022-23 season. A 2015 Wake Forest graduate, Bauder spent four years as a member of the Demon Deacons' football team before working with Wake Forest's athletic department in academic services and basketball operations for the women's program from 2015-17. After his time at Wake Forest, Bauder spent one season with the Wildcats from 2017-18 as the program's Director of Player Development, during year one of the Fulks era, before returning to Wake Forest Law School. While earning his Juris Doctor Degree, which he completed in May of 2021, Bauder spent time interning with the Davidson compliance department and conducting research and interviews about name, image and likeness rights for student-athletes.
