Head Coach
Coach Senn completed his third season as Associate Head Coach of the Concordia University Wisconsin Track & Field and Cross Country programs in 2024–25. Since joining the Falcons in 2022, he has worked primarily with the sprints and multi-event athletes, playing a key role in their development and competitive success. On the cross country side, Senn has been instrumental in the women's program capturing back-to-back Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) championships in 2023 and 2024. He was also part of the coaching staff honored as the 2024 NACC Coaching Staff of the Year. Senn graduated from the University of Dubuque in 2018 with a degree in secondary education and coaching. As a student-athlete, he competed in the pole vault and was an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. During his collegiate career, the Spartans won two IIAC Indoor Conference Championships. Following graduation, Senn began his coaching career at Beaver Dam High School, where he served as head coach for both the cross country and track & field programs. Under his leadership, the Golden Beavers produced nine state qualifiers and won a sectional title in girls cross country. Coach Senn is committed to developing student-athletes in mind, body, and spirit. He places a strong emphasis on academic achievement, servant leadership, and building a culture of discipline, unity, and purpose.

Bridget Finn joins the Falcons coaching staff for her first season in 2026. Finn is one of the most accomplished student-athletes in Ripon College history. She holds 18 All-Time Top Performances (including relays) in Ripon program history, with six indoor marks and 12 outdoor marks, including school records in the heptathlon and 4x400 relay. In 2025, Finn qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships in both the heptathlon and high jump. She earned First-Team All-American honors in the heptathlon after finishing seventh overall and Second-Team All-American honors in the high jump with a 10th-place finish. Her heptathlon score of 4,945 points ranks among the top 30 all-time performances in Division III history. Finn was also named a finalist for the North Region Field Performer of the Year during the 2025 outdoor season. Throughout her career, Finn was a member of five conference championship teams (three indoor and two outdoor). She earned 14 All-Conference honors, highlighted by winning the javelin title in 2024 and the outdoor long jump title in 2025. Finn holds the Ripon College record for most career conference championship points and set the school record for most points scored at a single conference championship, totaling 37.5 points at the 2025 Midwest Conference Championships. Assistant Coach - Throws
Garza graduated from Concordia University – Chicago in 2021 with a degree in exercise science. As a student-athlete, she competed in shot put, discus, and hammer. During her collegiate career, she broke three CUC school records and, after the 2021 season, was named a USTFCCCA All-Academic athlete. Following graduation, Garza stayed at Concordia University – Chicago as a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant and worked towards her master's degree in Exercise Physiology. After her two years coaching at Concordia University – Chicago, Garza moved to Boston and was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Massachusetts – Boston for two years under the NCAA's DII/DIII Ethnic Minorities and Women's Internship Grant. During her time in Boston, the athletes she worked with achieved two Conference Championships in Women's Tennis (2023, 2024) and one Conference Championship in Women's Softball (2025).

Assistant Coach: Hurdles
Robert Zahn joined the Concordia University Wisconsin Track & Field for the 2018-19 season to coach the team's hurdlers. He comes to CUW after coaching hurdlers and high jumpers at MSOE. At CUW, Zahn has coached multiple athletes who have entered the top five in hurdling events in CUW's track program history, including Maya Hielscher (1st in 60-meter hurdles and 2nd in 100-meter hurdles), Jacob Kelm (4th in 100-meter hurdles, and 5th in 400-meter hurdles), Bernie Van Den Heuvel (5th in 60-meter hurdles), Emma Eilerstson (4th in 100-meter hurdles and 55-meter hurdles, and third in 60-meter hurdles), and Olivia Ebel (5th in 400-meter hurdles). During his time with MSOE, the men's and women's hurdlers broke all school records in all indoor and outdoor hurdle events. The Raiders also had several conference champions under Zahn's watch. Zahn also provides coaching to high school and youth athletes. Among those coached, Zahn has worked with two state record holders, along with several state champions and state qualifiers. Zahn competed in track & field at UW-Whitewater where he was a co-captain. While with the Warhawks, Zahn competed in sprints, hurdles, jumps, relays, and multi-events. He qualified for the NCAA meet and set several records in his time at UW-Whitewater. Since graduating, Zahn has continued to compete in master's track & field competitions, winning multiple national titles and achieving medalist finishes in several international meets.
