Adrienne Nardone was named the Director of Softball Operations/Assistant Coach in June 2024. Nardone most recently graduated from Colgate University in 2024 after a stellar five-year career for the Raiders. The three-time All-Patriot League Second Team selection hit a career .294 with 109 RBIs and 23 home runs, ranking fifth in the Raider record book for most home runs in a career. She is also one of only six players in program history to hit more than 100 RBIs. Nardone boasts two degrees from Colgate University, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Elementary Education.

Matt Nandin is an assistant coach at Colgate who joined the program in August 2019. He has been instrumental in developing Colgate into an offensive powerhouse, with the Raiders leading the Patriot League in home runs four times under his tutelage. During his tenure, Nandin has aided the development of three Patriot League Rookies of the Year, five All-Patriot League First Team, and 10 Second Team honorees. Before joining Colgate, Nandin spent two seasons as an assistant coach at East Carolina (2015-2017) and two years at Syracuse (2013-2015), where he worked primarily with hitters. At Syracuse, he helped the team achieve a school-record .290 batting average and set single-season records for on-base percentage (.376) and slugging percentage (.487). Prior to his coaching career, Nandin played professional baseball for six seasons in independent leagues, including the American Defenders, Pittsfield Colonials, and Rockland Boulders, finishing with a .288 career batting average and earning a spot in the Can-Am League record book. He is a Le Moyne College graduate with a degree in Business Administration and previously served as an assistant coach at his alma mater from 2010-2013.
