Heather Cullen joins the men's rowing coaching staff for her first season in 2024-25.

Carabillo rejoined the Engineers coaching staff in January of 2021 and is now in his seventh season assisting his former head coach Larry Noble. A four-year member of the men's rowing program, Carabillo rowed his final three years in the New England Championships in the second varsity eight, reaching the grand finals in 2016 and 2018 and capturing the petite finals in 2017. He served two seasons previously on the coaching staff during the 2018-19 and 2019-20 campaigns. Carabillo graduated from WPI in May of 2018 with a degree in chemical engineering.

Paul Berube begins his 14th season as the strength and conditioning coach for the WPI rowing teams in 2024-25. A graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst,

Samuel Dickens joins the WPI men's rowing coaching staff for his first season in 2024-25 after serving as a student-athlete and graduating in 2024.  More to come
