Dailey joined the Demon Deacons' Sports Performance staff as the Director of Women's Basketball Sports Performance ahead of the 2022-23 season. In this role, he implements a 12-month strength and conditioning program focused on the development of each individual athlete on the Wake Forest women's basketball program. Since his arrival, Dailey has also been instrumental in modernizing the use of sport science with comprehensive data collection/analysis and monitoring systems to optimize decision-making for women's basketball student-athlete development and performance. During Dailey’s first season working with the program, the Deacs tied the most since the 2011-12 season, defeated four NCAA Tournament teams including wins over two Elite Eight teams and grabbed 12 wins at home, the fourth-highest total in program history. Dailey comes to Winston-Salem from Georgetown where he has worked with both the football and men’s lacrosse programs for the Hoyas. He has utilized both Polar Team Pro (Football) and Catapult (Lacrosse) technology to manage player work loads in practice as well as design speed and conditioning sessions. Prior to his time with the Hoyas, he served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at St. Leo for two year leading all aspects of strength and conditioning for 10 varsity athletic teams, focusing on Women’s Basketball as well as Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, Men’s Lacrosse, Women’s Lacrosse, Men’s Swimming & Diving, Women’s Swimming & Diving, Men’s Tenn

Assistant Director of Student Athlete Success
Nia Randall joined the Demon Deacons as a graduate manager ahead of the 2021-22 season. After two years in that position, Randall was elevated to the position of Assistant Director of Student Athlete Success ahead of the 2023-24 season. In the role of Assistant Director of Student Athlete Success, Randall will assist in opportunities for play growth off the floor including mentorship and community service outings. During her first year in the role, the team saw an increase in community service opportunities while also having the highest team GPA in program history with 3.35. She came to Winston-Salem after spending three seasons as a a student assistant at Northwestern State where she helped in a variety of roles. Her duties in the role included establishing clear benchmarks for performance while monitoring individual and team progress, maintaining equipment, handling recruiting databases, mail outs, and emails and organizing travel arrangements. During the 2016-17 season, she played in 22 games, starting in 10 for Demons. She missed her final three seasons on the floor due to injury. Randall graduated from Northwestern State with a bachelor's degree in business in 2020. Additionally, she graduated with a master's degree from Wake Forest in Sustainability in spring of 2022.

Nikki Flores joined the Demon Deacons women's basketball staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2022-23 season. She also oversees all recruiting efforts for the program. During Flores’ first season working with the program, the Deacs tied the most since the 2011-12 season, defeated four NCAA Tournament teams including wins over two Elite Eight teams and grabbed 12 wins at home, the fourth-highest total in program history. Additionally with Flores leading the guards, Wake Forest finished second in program history with 227 threes made, increased the team’s assist percentage by nearly 20 percent and held ACC opponents at home to just 19.2 percent shooting from three. Leading recruiting efforts, the Demon Deacons signed a top-25 recruiting class according to ESPNW during Flores’ first season on campus. This marks the first time since the 2014 class that the Deacs have signed multiple top-100 players in the same class and just the second time in the ESPNW era. Tutoring guard Jewel Spear, she had one of the best scoring seasons by any player in program history, finishing the 2022-23 season with 546 points, the sixth-highest total by a Demon Deacon. En route to garnering All-ACC honors for the second-consecutive season, Spear had 11 20-plus point games including 30-plus points in wins over Coastal Carolina and Louisville. Digital Media & Recruiting Content Manager
Samantha Rinkus joined the women's basketball staff as the Digital Media & Recruiting Content Manager ahead of the 2022-23 season. Additionally, the Demon Deacons signed a top-25 recruiting class according to ESPNW during Flores’ first season on campus. Rinkus came to Wake Forest from American University where she served as an associate director on the Athletics Communications staff, working with the women's basketball program as well as other programs on campus.
