Allen joined the Pioneer staff in February of 2022. No stranger to Wisconsin football, Allen made the move to UW-Platteville after spending the previous seven seasons as Assistant Football Coach and Run Game Coordinator at UW-Whitewater. The Mukwanago native brought 13 years of experience coaching at the NCAA Division III level with prior stops at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois and Carroll University in Waukesha. At UW-Whitewater, he coached four WIAC Championship teams, three NCAA DIII Semifinalist teams and one NCAA DIII National Runner-Up program. Time with the Warhawks developing a competitive offensive line room yielded 20 All-WIAC selections, nine All-Americans, one Rimington Award winner and two NFL players.

Dan Bauder is entering his eighth season with the UW-Platteville Pioneers as defensive coordinator. Dan joined the Pioneer staff after serving in the same capacity at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois for three seasons. The Pioneers defense has been one of the best in the WIAC over the past two seasons, ranking first in points allowed in 2023 (19.5) and second in 2024 (16.5). UW-Platteville boasted one of the top run defense units in the country in 2023, allowing just 74.9 yards per game and 2.3 yards per carry. Bauder's defenses have been fantastic at rushing the passer as well, totaling a WIAC-high 37 sacks in 2023 before sharing the conference lead in 2024 with 28 sacks. UW-Platteville finished with 20 interceptions in 2024, the most in the WIAC, and returned two of those picks for touchdowns. Bauder has coached 11 All-WIAC selections in his first two seasons with the Pioneers. In 2019, the Pioneers were ranked fifth in the NCAA III with a 1.70 turnover margin and had the third-ranked defense in the WIAC, allowing 21.3 points per a game. While at Augustana, Bauder also served in the role of head strength and conditioning coach. With the Vikings, he coached five All-CCIW Performers. Bauder's defense was first in CCIW in pass defense, turnovers, and averaged allowing 19.7 pts/game. After spending the previous three seasons as a part-time assistant coach, Bailey was appointed Passing Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach in February of 2022. The former Pioneer served as a Graduate Assistant Coach from 2014-16. After, Bailey led the Platteville High School football program for two seasons where the head coach's Hillmen recorded an overall record of 15-5, won the 2017 conference championship and made a Wisconsin Level 2 Playoffs appearance. The Elburn, Illinois native was also named the Southwest Wisconsin Coach of the Year. Since making the switch back to the collegiate level, the Pioneers led the WIAC in pass offense in 2021 and 2019 with four receivers earning All-WIAC honors. In 2013, Bailey broke the Pioneer receiving record for receptions in a season with 86. To go along with the receptions, he also tallied over a thousand yards receiving and nine touchdowns. Bailey's 2013 squad made UW-Platteville's first playoff appearance. The Kaneland native graduated UW-Platteville in 2014, with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and Health.
