Dejan "Milo" Milosevic was hired in January 2026 to return to the Mean Green as an assistant coach after previously serving as an assistant during the 2024 season. In his year away from college soccer, Milosevic served as a director with Dallas Surf Soccer Club, where he supported organizational leadership, assisted with coaching operations, and maintained strong communication with players and families. He also served as the owner and operator of Nova Sports Arena in Mansfield, Texas. Milosevic was with the Mean Green in 2024, when the team finished 7-7-6 and qualified for the American Conference tournament. Prior to that, he served as the men's head coach at Hill College in 2023. He has nearly two decades of coaching experience in both men's and women's soccer. He's coached at both the club and college levels. Additionally, he played collegiate and professional soccer and represented his home country of Serbia in international competitions. At Hill College in 2023, Milosevic turned the program around after a losing season and guided the Rebels to a region championship and just one win shy of a NJCAA DI National Tournament appearance. Eight different Rebels earned postseason accolades. Prior to his time at Hill College, Milosevic served as the head women's soccer coach at NAIA LSU Shreveport in 2022 where he took over a program that had previously had a losing season and then led the Pilots to a .617 winning percentage.
