Graduate Assistant
Elizabeth Homan joins the Ospreys as a graduate assistant for the 2025-26 season. Homan was a class of 2025 participant in the “So You Want To Be A Coach” Program. The Cincinnati, Ohio, native was a three-year captain at Ohio Wesleyan University. She was named the 2023-24 North Coast Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year and was a three-time All-Conference Selection. Homan was the NCAA Division III season assist leader in 2023-24 with 208 assists. She ranked third in the NCAA Division II with a 2.57 assist to turnover ratio in 2024-25. Homan is the all-time assist leader at OWU and the North Coast Athletic Conference leader in career assists with 700 career assists. She led Ohio Wesleyan to two conference tournament championships, one regular season championship and three NCAA Tournament runs including a Sweet Sixteen appearance. Homan was selected twice as Academic All-District and graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree: Health and Human Kinetics. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree.

Gadiva Hubbard joins the Osprey coaching staff an assistant coach & director of basketball operations for the 2024-25 season after spending the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Daytona State College. In her first season as an assistant coach at UNF, she helped develop Jasmynne Gibson into an ASUN All-Freshman Team honoree, as well as an ASUN Freshman of the Week selection early in the season. She was also vital to the team's success in the classroom with 14 selections to the ASUN Academic Honor Roll and Kaila Rougier's CSC Academic All-District Team distinction. The Virginia Beach, Va., native assisted Daytona State in 2024 to its best start since 2015-16, as well as its most conference wins with nine. In her first season with the Falcons, she helped the team finish fourth in the conference with a first team all-conference selection and two second team all-conference selections. She ended her collegiate playing career ranked second in career games played at Minnesota with 135, third in team history in 3-pointers made (259), third in career 3-pointers attempted (736), third in minutes played (4150), ninth in career steals (193) and 11th in career points (1,477). The Daytona Beach, Fla., native averaged 10.2 points per game starting all 30 games as a sixth-year senior under Lambert during the 2023-24 season. She led the team in minutes played (32.9 MPG) shooting 36.7% (106-for-289) from the field, while going 30.0% (36-for-120) from three-point range on her way to 20 total games scoring double figures. Adams completed her master's degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on Athletic Administration in 2024 from the University of North Florida.

Associate Head Coach
Stacey Ungashick Lobdell joins the UNF coaching staff after serving as the head coach at Ohio Wesleyan over the past 14 seasons from 2011-25 with a 189-175 (.519) overall record and a 95-31 (.754) mark over the past five seasons. On top of her head coaching experience in her hometown of Delaware, Ohio, she also served as an assistant coach for four seasons at Ohio Wesleyan, as well as 12 seasons coaching at the high school level. Ungashick Lobdell led Ohio Wesleyan this past season by running the table in North Coast Athletic Conference and winning the conference championship with a 14-0 record. Her team received an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament and advanced to the sectional semifinals as one of the final 16 teams with a 25-4 overall record. Ohio Wesleyan shared the NCAC Championship title in 2023-24, which was the first conference championship for the Bishops since 2000-01. They advanced to the title game of the NCAC Tournament and received an at-large berth in the NCAA Division III tournament advancing to the second round. From 2021-23, the Bishops went a combined 39-18 overall under Ungashick Lobdell with back-to-back top-three finishes in the NCAC. This included two championship game appearances, including a conference title to make their first NCAA Division III playoff appearance since the 2008-09 season.
