In his fifth season in 2025, McNab led the Bulldogs to five wins including one win in conference play. Gracie Murray earned Big South Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Aug. 18, while Akari Kishida earned Big South Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors on Oct. 6. Kishida and Shae Hassig would earn All-Conference Honorable Mention honors, while Hassig was also named to the All-Academic Team. Asheville also put together six shutouts on the season, allowing the fewest goals in the Big South Conference this season. In his fourth season at the helm in 2024, McNab led the program to four wins and the program's first berth in the Big South Conference Tournament since 2016, earning the No. 6 seed on the final day of the regular season with a 1-0 win at Charleston Southern. Freshman Mercedes McNabb earned Offensive Player of the Week honors on Sept. 23 after becoming the first Bulldog freshman since 2012 to score a hat trick, while McNabb was later named to the All-Conference Second Team along with team captain Anna Doane. Ava Bjorkman-Tracy was selected as All-Conference Honorable Mention, and also named to the All-Academic Team. Bjorkman-Tracy, Daysha Chaney, Addie Cooper, Doane and Shae Hassig also each earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors. In his third season in 2023, McNab led the program to its first winning season since 2015 as the Bulldogs posted a record of 7-6-4.
