Sports Administration, Boston College) Paige Duca is in her third season at Missouri as an assistant coach with the cross country and track and field programs after joining the Tigers in August of 2023. She assists with team management and coaching, contributing to the development of cross country athletes at Mizzou, and serves as the meet director for all home cross country events, ensuring the smooth execution of competitions and fostering a positive environment for athletes. That role has been especially important this year as she leads the local organizing committee for the 2025 NCAA Championships that will be held at Mizzou’s Gans Creek Cross Country Course, showcasing her leadership in hosting major cross country events.
