Head Coach
Kevin Conry is in his ninth season at the helm of the University of Michigan men’s lacrosse program after being announced on June 21, 2017 as the second head coach in program history. Conry boasts over 20 years of collegiate coaching experience at the Division I level with a 53-56 record as a head coach at Michigan. Since taking over the Wolverine program following the 2017 campaign, Conry has brought U-M to new heights winning back-to-back Big Ten Tournament titles in 2023 and 2024, making two-straight NCAA Tournament appearances as well as having the first All-American citations in the history of the program. The 2025 season was highlighted by multiple program bests as well as an 11-10 triple overtime win over No. 1 Maryland, U-M's first ever victory over the nation's top team. In an injury-riddled campaign, Conry still propelled the Wolverines to the highest win total in Big Ten play sporting a 3-2 conference record. The defensive unit stood out allowing just 129 goals with a 9.08 goals-against average, both program bests, also limiting Marquette to just one goal on Feb. 1 for the fewest goals allowed in Michigan men's lacrosse history. Three different Wolverines earned multiple All-American honors led by first team All-Big Ten selections Pace Billings and Ryan Cohen. Billings, who was drafted by the Denver Outlaws in the 2025 PLL Draft, was placed on the USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American second team with third team nods from USILA and Inside Lacrosse. The Wolverine defense also killed off .244 percent of penalities, another season-best in the U-M record books. Rogalski guided two players into the top three for most caused turnovers in the Big Ten with Mason Whitney and Pace Billings finishing tied for third in the conference at 24 takeaways apiece. Billings stood out on the defensive end under Rogalski's leadership earning All-American nods from USA Lacrosse Magazine (second team), USILA (third team), Inside Lacrosse (third team). He was also first team All-Big Ten selection. In the cage, junior Hunter Taylor put together a standout 2025 season with Rogalski allowing just 9.34 goals-against on average, the best individual mark in program history. Rogalski and his defense kept opponents to just 11.24 goals per game which marked a new low for the Michigan program in the 2024 campaign en route to the teams second-straight Big Ten Tournament title and NCAA postseason berth. The Wolverine defense had two of the top five players in the conference as Cathal Roberts paced the B1G with 28 caused turnovers and Jack Whitney ranked fifth with 17 caused turnovers on the season, while the team led the conference with 151 takeaways. Assistant Coach/Offensive Coordinator
Will Corrigan was hired as the offensive coordinator at U-M in August of 2025. He brings nearly a decade of collegiate coaching experience to Ann Arbor after most recently serving as the offensive coordinator at Air Force since 2023. In his first year with the Falcons, Corrigan’s offense led the squad to an ASUN regular season title scoring 11.5 goals per game. A 20-goal explosion against Mercer highlighted the juggernaut offense which included the league’s assist leader Josh Yago and the ASUN Freshman of the Year Turner Ashby. This past season saw Corrigan’s offense score 12.2 goals per game including three outings with 18 or more tallies. The offensive firepower brought Air Force to an ASUN title and a 14-9 NCAA Tournament win over Robert Morris. Before his time at Air Force, Corrigan’s four-year stint at Harvard was highlighted by an 8-4 record in 2022 and the program’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2014. Acting as the assistant offensive coordinator, faceoff coordinator and riding coordinator, Corrigan dominated the transition game for the Crimson. His ride limited opponents to the fourth-worst clearing percentage in the nation in 2022 and the third-worst in the country the following season. On the offensive side, Corrigan mentored three All-Ivy League players in Sam King, Owen Gaffney and Andrew Perry. Prior to his stint at Harvard, Corrigan assumed assistant offensive coordinator duties at Washington and Lee for two seasons. The Generals used Corrigan’s help to
