Biography

Evan Faber came to the University of Massachusetts in September 2024 after serving as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Holy Cross for two years. As strength and conditioning coach, Faber coached full teams through prescribed exercise programs and traveled with the Holy Cross football team as a sports scientist. Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Faber spent a year as an intern strength and conditioning coach at Springfield College. While there, Faber worked with the Springfield football, men's soccer, men's lacrosse, women's volleyball, track & field, and cross country teams. Faber is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Faber earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Human Performance from Keene State College in 2021, before receiving his Master of Education degree in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College in 2024.
