Jason Gandhi

Biography

Jason Gandhi joined Delaware in May 2025 as general manager, men's & women's basketball. Gandhi spent the previous three years at Indiana University as assistant director of strategic initiatives (2024-25) and project management coordinator (2022-24). In his roles, he played an instrumental part in the oversight of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) to go along with coordination of postseason travel for all 24 varsity teams. He also worked directly with senior staff on special projects while serving as the primary contact for event management of several varsity programs. Gandhi joined the Hoosiers after spending four seasons as a head student manager with the IU men's basketball program. The Westfield, Indiana native graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in sport marketing and management and minors in business and coaching. He was an Indiana University Hudson and Holland Scholar and was part of the Dean's List from 2018-22.
