Kyle Hashimoto

Biography

Kyle Hashimoto joined the UCLA Athletic Performance team in September of 2024. He is responsible for implementation of training programs for baseball, women's water polo, and men's and women's cross country. Prior to UCLA, Hashimoto worked at California State University Long Beach working with the Dirtbags baseball team. He was also Director of Basketball Performance at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas where he worked with men's and women's basketball. Previous to that he also made stops at Towson University in Towson, Maryland and was also a Graduate Assistant at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. He began his career in athletics as an intern with the University of Washington football team in 2016-2017. Hashimoto received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology with a minor in Computer Science from Gonzaga University. He also received his Masters of Science in Human Physiology from Briar Cliff University. He is a Certified Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified.
