Alexa Blatt has entered her first season as the UCLA men's basketball team's athletic trainer in 2025-26. This marks her seventh year working in UCLA's athletic training office. In all, Andrews' career as a strength and conditioning coach has included stops with the football programs at Iowa State (2020-22), Pittsburgh (2015-19), Notre Dame (2014) and Illinois (2012-13), following his time at Cincinnati (2004-12). After graduating from Ohio State in 2004, he began his career as a graduate assistant at Cincinnati. Director of Basketball Administration
Doug Erickson has worked with the UCLA men’s basketball program for 34 seasons. The 2025-26 season marked his 34th year with the Bruins. As the Director of Basketball Administration, Erickson has been responsible for all internal operations of the basketball program and serves as a liaison between the coaches and department administrators. He is involved in the day-to-day operations of the team, including finance, travel, meals, ticketing, housing, financial aid and parking. Erickson also plays a central role in the basketball program’s alumni relations, having worked with student-athletes, coaches and support staff across four decades. Erickson organizes and serves as co-director of the UCLA basketball camps each summer. He helps coordinate every aspect of the camp including housing, meals and camp speakers. Assistant General Manager
Max Feldman has entered his first season working with the UCLA men's basketball program as the assistant general manager in 2025-26. As a college student at Illinois, Feldman served as an intern with Priority Sports Agency. His work with Priority Sports included pre-draft preparations, scouting and basketball operations tasks.
