Biography

DaRe, a native of Clayton, Calif., was a video intern for the Oakland Raiders and joined the staff as a player personnel assistant working with General Manager Mike Mayock before moving into a defensive assistant role for the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders from 2018-2021 working with the defensive back unit. After the 2021 season, he transitioned to the college game, where he was a graduate assistant at Northwestern before his time at Baylor. DaRe will serve as an assistant defensive backs coach under Da'Von Brown and Connor Boyd after a two-year stint at Baylor as a defensive backs analyst.
