Erin Hayes enters her first season at Alabama after being hired as an assistant coach on June 11, 2025. Hayes arrives to Tuscaloosa after serving the last two years as head coach at St. Andrew's in Roswell, Ga. "I am really excited for the opportunity to work with Erin. Not only is it special to have an alumni coxswain returning to Bama, but I know Erin is going to be an integral part of this team and staff," head coach Kumari Lewis said.
