Jen Consaul was named the full-time head coach on June 2, 2023, after serving as the interim head coach during the 2023 season. She joined the Army West Point softball staff as an assistant coach in the summer of 2019. In her third season as head coach in 2025, the Black Knights finished 35-22 overall with a 16-2 conference record, setting a program record for most Patriot League wins in a season and claiming the Patriot League regular season championship outright for the first time since 2010. Consaul was named Coach of the Year. Consaul arrived at West Point after spending three seasons at UNC Charlotte, where she oversaw all aspects of the pitching staff. Prior to her appointment at UNC Charlotte, Consaul served as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Canisius, for the 2015 and 2016 seasons as pitching coach. In her collegiate playing career with Canisius, Consaul made 86 starts as a pitcher from 2011-14, with 126 total appearances ranking first all-time in school history. She had a career record of 48-44 with a 2.68 earned run average and 364 strikeouts, earning All-MAAC Second Team selection her senior year. Consaul currently resides in Highland Falls.

Army West Point Athletics announced the addition of Jessica Gorman as an assistant coach in January 2022. Gorman came to Army after spending three seasons at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis as an assistant coach. While with Jags, she was heavily involved in recruiting and working with prospective student-athletes. Gorman worked as a hitting coach for IUPUI, developing practice plans as well as individual programs for student-athletes. While at IUPUI, she helped five players earn All-Horizon League honors. Prior to IUPUI, Gorman was an assistant coach and volunteer at Wright State for three seasons. During her times as a volunteer she assisted with the outfield and hitting. For the next two seasons, Gorman was the outfield and hitting coach for the Raiders, helping two outfielders earn All-Horizon League honors in her first year. During her second season she guided two more All-Horizon League honorees. Gorman played four years at Wright State and was the started in center field for the Raiders. She finished career in the top-ten in Wright State history in multiple categories, including doubles, home runs, stolen bases, on base percentage, and runs scored. Gorman earned multiple accolades during her career including All-Freshman team, Second-Team All-Horizon, First-Team All-Horizon, and Horizon League All-Tournament Team. Gorman earned a bachelor's of science in education in sport science and a master's in sport management from Wright State.
