Alan Treakle enters his fourth season on the Chattanooga bench and third as Director of Basketball Operations ahead of the 2025-26 campaign. Treakle earned the promotion to DOBO before the 2023-24 season after serving as a Graduate Assistant during head coach Dan Earl's first season in 2022-23. Treakle has helped Chattanooga compile a 68-38 (.642) overall record and a 34-20 (.629) mark in Southern Conference play over Earl's first three seasons at the helm. Finishing 29-9 overall and 15-3 in SoCon play in 2024-25, the Mocs claimed both the National Invitation Tournament (NIT) championship and SoCon regular season title while matching the program's record for most wins (29) and tying for the second-most SoCon victories (15) in a single season.

Associate Head Coach
Elevated to an Associate Head Coach title in June 2025, Ander Galfsky enters his fourth season at Chattanooga ahead of the 2025-26 season after serving the previous three seasons as an assistant at UTC. Galfsky was previously an assistant and associate head coach at Southern Conference member VMI for four seasons under current Mocs head coach Dan Earl. Galsky helped lead Chattanooga to a 29-9 overall record (15-3 SoCon), a Southern Conference regular season title, and a National Invitation Tournament (NIT) championship during the team's historic 2024-25 campaign. The Mocs matched a program record for wins in a single season (29) while tying for the second-most regular season SoCon wins (15) in a season and most since 2015-16. The 2024-25 Chattanooga squad finished the season winning 17 of its final 18 games including a program-record, 10-straight true road games. The 12 true road wins during the season matched a program record while also improving the team's record to 47-29 (.644) in true road games since 2020, the most among all NCAA Division I programs over that span. Galfsky was named interim head coach of the VMI basketball program on March 31, 2022 following Earl's departure to the Scenic City before accepting his new role at UTC. During his time with the Keydets, Galfsky helped lead the team to its first winning season since 2013-14 behind a 13-12 (11-1 at home) mark in the 2020-21 season. Assistant Coach
Logan Dahms enters his fourth season at Chattanooga ahead of the 2025-26 season. During his first three seasons at UTC he has helped the team compile a 68-38 (.642) overall record and a 34-20 (.629) mark in Southern Conference play over that span. The program's 68 total wins is the most for any staff in their first 3 seasons in school history. Dahms brings vast experience in all levels of basketball. Within the Mocs program Dahms is responsible for scouting, recruiting, player development, scheduling, external relations, and overseeing the program's Analytics & Strategy department, among other tasks. Dahms helped lead Chattanooga through a historic 2024-25 season in which the team finished 29-9 overall (15-3 SoCon) and claimed both the SoCon regular season title and the 2025 National Invitation Tournament (NIT) championship. The Mocs became the first SoCon member to ever win an NCAA Division I men's basketball national title following the legendary five-game run through the NIT. Dahms first came to the Scenic City following a three-year stint with Southern Conference foe VMI. From 2019-2022, Dahms helped the Keydets' program accomplish many record feats including its highest NET ranking and KenPom ranking in school history, back-to-back .500 or better seasons for just the second time since 1978, and a top-25 scoring offense in consecutive seasons. Before Chattanooga, Greenman served nine years on staff at American University of the Patriot League under head coach Mike Brennan. He served as an assistant for eight of the nine years before completing the 2021-22 season as an associate head coach. Greenman joined the American University men's basketball staff in 2013-14 and was responsible for all aspects of the program during his tenure. His recruiting successes at American saw seven players in seven-straight seasons land on the Patriot League All-Rookie team including the 2016 and 2021 Rookie of the Year honorees. Prior to American, Greenman spent three seasons at Georgetown, being promoted to Director of Basketball Operations after just one season with the Hoyas.
