Biography

Brian McCoy returned to Rutgers as an assistant athletic trainer in the summer of 2023. McCoy previously worked for Rutgers Football as a student intern from 2016-19, then again as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer in spring of 2022. McCoy recently spent time as a seasonal athletic trainer for the Baltimore Ravens during the 2022-23 season and has completed Summer Internships as an athletic trainer with the Arizona Cardinals in 2019 and 2020 and the New York Giants in 2021. McCoy earned his Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University in Applied Kinesiology, and a Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware in 2022. Originally from Pennsauken, N.J., McCoy currently resides in Middlesex, N.J, with his fiancée, Aly.
