Alicia Schuck

Biography

Coach Alicia (Milyak) Schuck has led the Tars to NCAA Tournament berths in eight of her fourteen seasons as head coach, including a run to the NCAA National Championship Final in 2014. The Tars have won four Sunshine State Conference titles under her tutelage, and she has been awarded NSCAA South Region Coach of the Year, SSC Coach of the Year, and the prestigious NSCAA National Coach of the Year. Coach Schuck has a deep commitment to player development both on the field and in the classroom. Under her guidance, 15 players have earned All-American honors, 81 have been honored as All-Region, and countless have captured All-Conference honors. She has also coached seven players who garnered Academic All-American honors, with her team consistently recording one of the highest GPAs on campus. Coach Schuck's teams have been perennially ranked in the national polls. Rollins Women's Soccer was ranked No. 1 in the country in 2015 and ended the season at the No. 2 spot in 2014, after their runner-up finish at the National Championship. Accolades aside, Coach Schuck is a player's coach. She takes pride in developing her players strengths, learning about their motivators, and helping them pursue their playing and professional goals. Her coaching philosophy and team culture stems from her playing background which centers around a competitive team environment.
