Biography

Daniel Dubois joined the RIT Swimming & Diving coaching staff prior to the 2024-25 season. Dubois previously served as head coach at nearby Monroe Community College (MCC) for over 25 seasons. Inducted into the National Junior College Swimming & Diving Hall of Fame in 2023, he guided the Tribune men and women to 44 Region 3 Championships while mentoring 19 individual national champions. He also served as the NJCAA Swimming & Diving Coaches Association President for 16 years. Dubois has also been an adjunct Health and Physical Education professor at MCC since 1998, teaching a variety of classes within the department.
