Kate Gillett

Biography

Kate Gillett is entering her second season with the Oregon State wrestling program as the team's director of operations. The 2024-25 season included the Pac-12 Championship, the 25th in program history, and saw three win individual conference titles on their way to their first bids to the NCAA Championships. Gillett's responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day operations of the program, student-athlete needs, recruiting operations, as well as with travel to all matches, from planes to buses to meals and the annual summer camps. No stranger to the program, Gillett served on the Beaver Wrestling Committee and Takedown Team, where she helped plan and host tailgates as well as alumni and social events. She joins the program from leading the operations behind Keller Williams Realty in Corvallis where she also oversaw the financial and project management for the firm. Prior to her time with Keller Williams, she led Wolfpack Athletics, a local competitive cheer gym in Corvallis as the Program Director and Owner. Gillett oversaw staff recruiting, travel coordination and operations management. Gillett is an alumna of Austin Peay State University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in Health and Human Performance.
