O'nalisa Hall

Biography

O'nalisa Hall was hired as Oklahoma State's director of on-campus recruiting in December of 2025. She came to OSU from UCLA, where she worked as the director of on-campus recruiting for the 2025 season and as the assistant director of football recruiting operations for the 2024 season. Prior to that, Hall held various roles at the University of Washington from 2023-24, including football operations assistant, NIL correspondent and athletic communications intern. She also gained prior experience in marketing with Seattle Mariners in 2023, as a personal trainer at Washington, as an educator at lululemon, as a freelancer with Pac 12 Networks, as an intern with America Medic & Science and as a sports reporter with Emerald Media Group. Hall graduated from Washington with a bachelor's degree in communication in 2023 and with a master's degree in intercollegiate athletic leadership in 2024.
