Carrie A. Doyle

Biography

Carrie A. Doyle joined NC State in November 2010 as Associate Athletics Director of Athletics for Compliance and was named Senior Associate Athletics Director a year later. She came to the Wolfpack program after spending six and a half years as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance/Student Services and Senior Woman Administrator at the University of New Hampshire, and 12 years before that with the NCAA National Office. At UNH, she was primarily responsible for the administration of more than $8 million of athletic scholarships and endowments, the eligibility certification process for approximately 525 student-athletes, and the education and monitoring of 70 coaches and 20 sports. Doyle also oversaw the data collection and analysis of the NCAA's institutional Graduation Success Rate (GSR), the Academic Progress Rate (APR) and IPEDS (Federal Graduation Rate data). At NC State, Doyle is responsible for managing all aspects of the department's comprehensive athletics compliance unit, including all education, monitoring and supervision of five full-time staff. Doyle is also the Sport Supervisor for the women's gymnastics and softball programs. At the NCAA National Office (1987-1999), she was an NCAA enforcement representative (investigator) on the association's enforcement staff for the first seven years, and then spent five years as the Director of Student-Athlete Reinstatement.
