Muhlenberg College Softball

Sarah Leavenworth is the head coach of Muhlenberg College's softball program with a career record of 182-165 (.524) in 10 seasons overall, including 96-95 (.503) at Muhlenberg through the 2025 season. She has led the Mules to one Centennial Conference championship in 2022, when the team won the title as a sixth-place preseason pick, defeating top-seeded, regionally ranked Swarthmore on a walkoff home run and earning an NCAA Tournament bid. Under her leadership, she has coached 17 All-Centennial Conference selections, one CC player of the year, and three Gold Glove selections. Prior to Muhlenberg, Leavenworth served as head coach at Wilkes University from 2016-19 with an overall record of 86-70, achieving three consecutive 20-win seasons and two MAC Freedom playoff berths. She was also the pitching coach at the University of Delaware and assistant coach at Moravian University, where she helped the Greyhounds to a 165-55 record, three consecutive Landmark Conference titles, and an appearance in the 2010 Division III Women's College World Series. As a player, she earned second-team All-America honors as a catcher at Mississippi University for Women and began her collegiate career at the University of Southern Mississippi, where she was a member of the 1999 squad that advanced to the NCAA Division I Women's College World Series. She also played one season at the University of New Mexico.

Maddisen Bieber joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff in the summer of 2023. Bieber was a standout infielder at nearby Moravian University, compiling a .365 career
