Head Coach
Melissa Scichilone was promoted to head coach in the summer of 2025. Scichilone joined Mars Hill in the fall of 2022 as the assistant coach. She graduated from Lander University in Spring 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During her time at Lander, Scichilone was a two-year starter, appearing in all 28 games between the 2021 and 2022 seasons. A dynamic two-way midfielder, she recorded 73 points (62 goals, 11 assists) and 173 draw controls over those two seasons. She served as team captain for the 2021–2022 campaign and was recognized as the GSC Defensive Player of the Week, named to the All-GSC Team, and selected for the All-Tournament Team in 2022. That same year, she participated in the IWLCA Senior All-Star Game, representing the North Team. Scichilone also earned GSC All-Academic honors and was named to the Spring 2022 Honor Roll. Prior to Lander, she began her collegiate lacrosse career at Nyack College in Nyack, New York, where she pursued psychology. As a freshman in 2017, she earned CACC Rookie of the Year honors and served as team captain for two seasons. Between 2018 and 2020, she tallied 268 draw controls, ranking second in program history. She was also a two-time All-CACC Second Team selection (2018, 2019).

Assistant Coach
Cameron Hayward was hired as assistant women's lacrosse coach in the fall of 2025. Hayward is an accomplished lacrosse coach with extensive experience at the collegiate, club, and high school levels. From 2019 to 2024, he served as an assistant coach at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, where he helped guide the program to four NCAA Division II Tournament appearances, including a Final Four berth. During his tenure, he coached the 2021 C. Markland Kelly Jr. National Goalkeeper of the Year and the 3× USILA North Region Defensive Player of the Year, while developing multiple All-American and All-Conference athletes. His efforts contributed to two NE10 Conference Finals appearances, and in 2022, he was selected as a USILA North/South All-Star Game Coach. Hayward specialized in goalie development, defensive systems, recruiting, scouting, and film analysis. In 2024, Hayward became Director of the NH Tomahawks, where he oversaw coaching operations, player development, and tournament logistics, while also leading recruiting education and exposure for high school athletes. From 2019 to 2024, he served as a head coach for Pro Lacrosse Camps in Boston, working with youth athletes on fundamentals, advanced techniques, and leadership. He began his coaching career in 2019 as the head coach at Hollis Brookline High School, where he led the team to a strong 12–4 record while establishing a competitive culture focused on core skill development, team chemistry, and game IQ.
