Emmanuel came to Manhattan after spending the previous two seasons at his alma mater, Florida State, working as an offensive analyst (2024) and defensive graduate assistant (2025). A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Emmanuel started 52 total games over his collegiate career at Charlotte and Florida State, including all 27 games over his two seasons for the Seminoles. He helped FSU produce a 23-4 record while leading the ACC in scoring offense both seasons. He earned All-ACC First Team honors and was selected an All-American by Phil Steele during his senior season of 2023 while playing both left and right guard. A two-time ACC Offensive Lineman of the Week honoree, Emmanuel helped Florida State win an ACC Championship behind an undefeated regular season.
